Welcome to 2007, and a glorious new year for Pitch Black.

Just a recap on last year.

Using our own unique brand of discipline,

We did actually get a kill in Naxx before the expansion.

Oh yes, the Great Gnome Cannonball 2006.

For those that weren’t there,
The rules were as follows;

• This is a race
• It is from Coldridge Valley to the Gurubashi Arena
• You must be a level 1 Gnome
• You must have pink hair
• You must be PVP flagged the entire way
• Your name must contain one of the following words, Ham, Duck or Egg

Grats to those that actually made it (yes, there were fabulous prizes);

I met myself in a battleground, and I actually turned out to be quite polite.

Pitch Black has hit the ground running in ’07 with a leaner team, and we’re making inroads into Karazhan and having boatloads of fun. More to come from me soon.

More things are happening than my infrequent newsposts indicate, so it’s catch-up time…

Upcoming encounters dictated we took a look at some Green Dragons;

We had a degree of success when we actually found them up and about;

Heading deeper into Ahn’Qiraj we found this whirling whirlwind of carnage (whirl);

Next up, Mr Meant-to-be-easy-but-actually-wasn’t;

One bug in particular proved to be difficult, but after improving healer/tank communication…

Since my last post, Pitch Black have transitioned into a guild proper, we’ve said goodbye to some friends, and hello to many new ones. More to come from us, fun times ahead, stay tuned!
